Membership Refund Policy

  1. Full Refunds:

    • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase, provided no membership benefits (e.g., discounts, perks, or free items) have been used.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Monthly and annual memberships canceled after 7 days of purchase are non-refundable.

    • Memberships purchased as part of a promotional offer or discounted rate may be subject to specific refund restrictions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at lavandawpg@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your name that the membership has been purchased under

  • The date of purchase

  • Reason for cancellation

We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days. If your request is deemed reasonable, you have not used any Secret Sips perks, and is within the 7 day period, you will be able to receive a refund.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if they do not meet our policy.
